It depends on how the house has been built, what indoor temperature you want, where in the country the house is situated, etc. We recommend an energy calculation. Contact an installer for more information.
What is a calculation and who performs it?

Energy calculations involve calculating the energy and output of your property in order to select an appropriate product. This is done by your nearest CTC distributor/installer. Find an installer near you.
How do I prepare the ground before installing the CTC EcoAir?

I've moved into a house with a CTC heat pump, is it insured?
Response
The heat pump is covered by your home insurance. The product may also be covered by a CTC extended warranty, contact Arctic (+46 (0)8 746 05 60) for more information. Have the product's serial number to hand when you contact Arctic.
How old is my product?
Response
Refer to the product's serial number – the four figures in the middle indicate the year and week. For example, 7310-1304-XXXX was manufactured in 2013, calendar week 4. Can't find your serial number? See this guide.

Depending on what kind of help you need, a large number of installers/service firms are listed on the website. Find an installer by entering your location and you'll receive suggestions for firms nearby.

- Decoupling from the heating/hot water system: The CTC product is installed as a single unit, disassembly of subsystems is not possible.
- Disposal: The CTC product must not be disposed of with household waste. The product must be handed in to a return centre.
- Recycling of materials: Some parts of the CTC product can be recycled.
- Recycling combustible parts: The CTC product contains combustible parts.
- Landfill: No parts of the CTC products may be disposed of in landfills.
- Recycling and landfill restrictions: No restrictions.
- Hazardous waste: No restrictions.
- Recycling of electronics/electrics: The CTC product contains electronics.
